Instance is showing offline

Hi Team,

 

i was using my PDI from longtime and in recent days when i tried to login it is always showing offline and i tried to refresh but still it is not working. i usually login using my username and password directly into instance, will this not be count as login during the 10 days period? i want the same instance to be reactivate. can someone please help me how to reclaim the same instance or please suggest is there any option to create a case and connect with ServiceNow help desk.

Yes, logging directly into the instance does reset the 10-day inactivity period.

 

Unfortunately, PDIs can go offline without explanation. If that happens, there is nothing you can do except wait and hope the instance comes back.

 

Also, unfortunately, there is no support for PDIs, so there is no way to create a case when this happens.

 

There's also no way to get the same instance back if you lose it.

There is no official support available for PDI so you will not be able to raise any request to get the same PDI. The only option is to wait or get a fresh PDI. PDIs once ghone can't be reactivated.
