Issue with SNAF Lab Update Sets for Xanadu training course

Good day everyone,

 

I'm new to the forum and am working to develop my knowledge of ServiceNow for a new role I have in our organization.  I'm taking the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) course, but I'm running into continuous issues with my training instance.  When trying to upload the SNAF Lab Update Sets, most of them hang on the Preview step after uploading the .xml files.  I have to cancel the preview, then delete the update set and start over again.  Typically, trying to re-run the Preview after uploading the .xml again stalls, and I see a message stating "Job is not in the queue yet".  I'm in module 5.1 now, and I can't proceed with the lab 5.1.1 because the company profile for Cloud Dimensions is not showing on the User Administration / Companies table (Primary = True or False).

 

I tried loading a screenshot, but it seems the system is not allowing me to attach files.  Perhaps because I'm still new here?  Any assistance or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
