Greetings everyone,
I have started learning on the official Now Learning platform, but my current question is regarding the Developer Program and it's website's contents.
Basically, when I start the "New to ServiceNow" learning path, it contains 14 courses, are these individual courses in any relation or is there any relevance between how are they ordered as they are ordered inside the learning path?
Does it make sense to complete these first, before I dive into the NowLearning platform?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Paul A Ciocan,
please share a link or a screenshot to answer you with certainty..
But however I believe you can enrol and proceed with any class or training in random order as long as you complete it one by one rather than start five classes at once.
And not to make it too simple, there are also Journeys and Credentials as seen below 😄
For learning, dive into these:
- Get Started with ServiceNow University
- Learn about ServiceNow and earn badges, points, certificates, and improve your rank.
- Most courses are free, only a few are paid.
- Start with the "Welcome to ServiceNow " training, it's fun and gives you your first certificate!
- The most important first certificate is Certified System Administrator (CSA), useful for almost any ServiceNow role.
- Trainings at the SN University provide temporary lab instances with pre-installed plugins and apps.
- System Admin
- App Developer
- Platform Owner
- Implementer
- Technical Project Manager
- Business Process Analyst
- Support Specialist
- App Specialist
- Architect
- Developer
- Implementer
- Pre-sales Expert
- Sales Expert
- System Admin
