MERGE OLD ID

Hi Team, 

 I am getting an issue to merge my old id with my company id. I have attached the screenshot. Please someone assist me with this issue.

Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Register a new ServiceNow account in https://partnerportal.servicenow.com
Step 2: Click "New User?" Get a ServiceNow ID
Step 3: Click "Not yet a ServiceNow Partner?"
Step 4: Give your new email address (from new employer) and other details
Step 5: You will get an activation link
Step 6: Activate the account
Step 7: Your employer will approve your partner access
Step 8: Login to partner portal with your new credentials
Step 9: Merge your old ID with New ID
