Please practice scenarios from the youtube videos. Follow linkedIn posts to get requirements topic-wise and try to solve. Are you aiming for developer role ? if yes , then during the interview you will be tested based on core concepts , so try to be strong in those areas.
Let me know if you have more questions.
If my response was helpful, please mark it as correct so it can be valuable to others.
Thanks

Hi @kushal200791 ,
It's great to hear about your self-learning journey in ServiceNow! Here are some small projects and scenarios to help you practice and grow your skills:
Tasks:
- Create a catalog item to log incidents.
- Use workflows or flows to route incidents to different assignment groups based on the category or priority.
- Create SLAs to measure response and resolution times.
- Design a catalog item for a hardware/software request.
- Configure approvals based on the requestor's department or cost center.
- Add email notifications for each stage of the process.
- Create a form for submitting change requests.
- Add a business rule to restrict submissions based on incomplete fields.
- Design an approval flow for high-priority changes involving multiple approvers.
- Create categories for the knowledge base (e.g., IT Support, HR Policies).
- Set up an approval workflow for publishing articles.
- Restrict access to knowledge articles based on roles.
- Configure email notifications for different record updates (e.g., task assignment, resolution).
- Use dynamic placeholders to personalize notification content.
- Create a push notification for mobile users when high-priority incidents are logged.
- Create reports showing incident trends, open requests, and SLA breaches.
- Build a custom dashboard for a specific role (e.g., Service Desk Manager).
- Use Performance Analytics to track key metrics over time.

Thank you JaishreeR. I am currently using YouTube for learning. I will start following LinkedIn post from now on as well. Yes I am preparing for developer role. I gave an interview this Tuesday and the interviewer was really helpful in guiding me for the future. That is why I am here.
