Not Receiving OTP mails while trying to login into my SNU account

I am having issues to login to ServiceNow University, I am not receiving the OTP emails (previoulsy I received) but suddenly I stop receiving it. I have tried also the chat bot to solve the issue but I am given the response ""I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation."
I saw some posts in the community identifying you, and you solved a lot of this problems previously.

have you tried to switch the method?
Be sure if it was sent to an email and not require the authenticator app code or something:

Thanks for the reply, but at the moment I don't have the Authenticator set up, I receive the 6 digits code on the email, and I don't have any other option to change the authentication mode. The issue is I don't receive the OTM email with the 6 digits code.
