Hello @Shirazi Khan

Maximum days the PDI can be left inactive is 10 days, after that it is reclaimed.

If you're experiencing issues with your PDI, here are some important points to keep in mind:

  1. Support Limitations: PDIs do not have official support, so the community cannot retrieve or recover your instance.

  2. Instance Reset Option: You can release your current instance and request a new one, but this will erase all previous data.

To prevent data loss in the future, consider regularly backing up your PDI, especially for critical update sets.

Hi @Shirazi Khan ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. wait, it should come online after some time.
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please remember, all configurations/customizations that haven't been backed up will be lost for good.

if my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

best regards
