Hello ServiceNow Community,
My Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is offline and inaccessible.
Instance ID: dev366701
Instance URL: https://dev366701.service-now.com/
Status: Offline
Error: 502 Bad Gateway
Error identifier: snow_adc
Release: Brazil
The Manage My Instance page shows that Build Agent, ServiceNow Studio, and App Engine Studio are installed. However, refreshing the instance status has not resolved the issue, and opening the instance URL returns a 502 Bad Gateway error.
I am developing an open-source project called Now Pilot for ServiceNow and need my PDI for testing and development.
Could someone please advise me on how to restore the instance?
Please help me recover the instance without losing existing data, configurations, or customizations. I do not want to release, reset, or wipe the instance.
Thank you for your help.

Some PDIs may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
If your PDI is currently offline, you can:
- Wait for maintenance to complete and your instance to become available again.
- Release your current instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing your instance will permanently delete all data and work stored on it.
