"Actual Business Value" of a PI Objective

hello, I have a question regarding the "Actual Business Value" of a PI objective. While I understand the concept of Planned business value, I don't see the point of the "actual business value". What benefit does it bring? I found these two explanations:

"Actual business value that is realized from this objective. The field is set as an integer score in the range of 1-10. A score of 1 indicates the lowest priority, whereas a score of 10 indicates the highest priority."

"Based on the demo of the program increments the business owners circulate the score again based on the assumption but after seeing the demo and the assumption is that this PI solution will meet the objectives and will be released and available to the real users or the customers."

Ok, but I still don't understand what benefit does it bring putting this value after the PI demo? How does it help teams or managers?
