Hello,
Please help me. I'm currently attempting to work through the New To ServiceNow course on the Service Now Developers website although I'm having trouble using the instance the course provided.
The course is asking me to navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration. The instance I'm in doesn't give me the option to navigate here. I've tried to change the url to match where I need to be: https://dev225712.service-now.com/sp_config but this only gives me a 404 error. I've tried to access the Service Portal Config through the dashboard but I have no options to access (see image attached).
Thanks in advance!
R

Hi @RebeccaI ,
Based on that it sounds like you do not have a fully functional instance, I would suggest to release and request a fresh installation. This solve it most of the times. Please remember to always request admin instance and not just creator instance.

Hi @RebeccaI ,
If you go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home , and select change user role, have you then selected "App engine studio creator" or "admin"?

Hi @AndersBGS - thanks for your response.
I have choosen "App Engine Studio Creator". Please note that I did change the role to "Admin" to test if this changed anything in the instance but it did not.
Thanks,
R
