Hi,
Please can anyone help me with an issue I am getting in Service Operations Workspace, for service requests.
The 'Requested for' field is showing as editable in Service Operations workspace, however in the backend of Service Now this is read-only.

Hi @AoifeS You need to do some investigation around it, specifically in Client Script and UI Policies. Check any view specific client script or UI Policy making read only in Classic UI.
