Hi @ssnehasanga ,

you need to terminate other lab instance(you may have registered and requested lab instance for other course)

How to find out?

go to the ServiceNow university home page, look for InProgress courses other than SN fundamentals, if any labs requested, please terminate.

Terminate Other Course's lab instance  if you want to continue with SNAF course.

If you are unable to find that course, you can raise a case with Now Learning support within ServiceNow University for the assistance.
