transition phrase from CSR into I.T.

I want to create my own app while working in I.T.  I am currently in the learning mode and hoping to transition into working in the field by end of August 2026.  I am finishing up the AI Sys Admin course here and moving into the AI App Dev course. Is there any other course/s that you would consider essential for success. Please share your knowledge and wisdom.

You can create App using several ways.

Option 3:  Pro-Code via ServiceNow Studio

• Open Studio: Navigate to System Applications > Studio.
• Initialize Application: Click Create Application and choose Create custom application.
• Develop Components: Manually configure your Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) directly from the centralized file tree
