Unable to activate RiseUp with ServiceNow application

Hello Everyone,

I applied for the RiseUp with ServiceNow program, but my application is not getting activated. I am very interested in learning ServiceNow and earning badges/certifications through the program.

Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this issue or whom I should contact?

You can raise a ticket with the Now Learning Support team and follow up on the status.

By explaining your issue in detailed, please raise a case through the Help Center in the ServiceNow University - Help Center - ServiceNow University.

Add some screenshots as well, so that support team will help you out.
