Dear community,
when i submit my record producer, i can see the comments box(oob) appear if i enter anything and send, in activity stream those comments are populating with html tags like : <p> comment <p> .
these comments are available in my request page in service portal and in case table activity stream.
how to remove these tags, i did not have admin access to get this done.

Hello @vits18735a0
Check this: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0999282
FYI: if you ever use html in comments or work_notes, then ensure to have them within
your html code
Hope that helps!

Hi @vits18735a0
Since you mentioned you do not have admin access, you won't be able to change system properties or modify the Record Producer script directly.
if you are manually typing or pasting content that uses HTML, wrapping the text in
tags—for example,
<p>My comment</p>
—forces the Activity Stream to render the HTML properly instead of showing the raw tags.
2. If you have Catalog Editor access to the Record Producer and If this comment is coming from a variable on your Record Producer that maps to the Case comments field:
Check the Type of the variable. If it is set to Rich Text or HTML, change the variable type to Multi Line Text.
