When publishing kb article in ServiceNow the dialogue The popup dialogue box is not appearing.

Hi when I'm publishing a knowledge article I'm getting a popup message

"This article may be visible to unauthenticated users after it is published. Do you still want to proceed?" for Human resource knowledge base, but for remaining knowledge base it is not appearing but same UI action is used by both knowledge bases.

 

UI Action name:Publish

Action name: publish_knowledge
