Why Badges count is Zero in community Profile

@Sarah G@David , @Dan Bruhn 

 

Can you please check and let me know why our Badge count is displaying as Zero.

The issue has started 2 or 3 weeks back. The ServiceNow team has done few UI changes in the profile page

 

it's the issue across the community not specific to any users

Hi Nihil,

 

What Chaitanya said is correct.  You haven't lost your badges.  The page design did change and there is a bug where at times the badges don't display.  Our developers are actively working on a fix.
