When a user reports that they are not able to see modules on the application navigator, what can you do, to see what modules are visible to them?

 

  1.           Look up their password, so you can login with their account
  2.            Initiate a Connect Chat session
  3.            Install the Bomgar plug-in
  4.           Impersonate the user
  5.            Launch a NowChat window

You could have quickly found the answer by searching on Google or checking the documentation. That would have saved you time.
