I'm not able to open creator studio in PDI

I requested a xanadu instance and when I try to open creator studio it says page not found

If you have not done any work on PDI yet, release that instance and request for new instance.

Even I am facing the same problem and even after getting the new instances multiple times same problem persists. Do someone knows what is the exact issue or how to rectify it?

Hey @Simon Hendery, 

I tried but nothing worked in Xanadu PDI. I released  my PDI and then requested for Washington version to make it work.
