Notification not being send

Hi Everyone,
I have created a notification for a record producer which gets fired through an event. It is working fine when someone create a request through record producer for any random person.
But it does not work when Manager creates it for its direct reporting personal, the trouble shooting parameters I have checked are :

1. I have checked event log is being created.
2. An another notification is also being send to him (which is by default of case creation). Default notification weight : 0 and my custom notification weight : 110
Any suggestions would be helpful thank you

Did you check the Event parm1 contains recipient and the Send to event creator checkbox?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
I dont have any one in Event parm1. The receipient is mention in notification's User/group (subject_person.manager). DO I sti;; need to keep Send to event creator check box marked ?
