I have learned about basic of ServiceNow like what is ServiceNow and what is the creator studio, service portal, knowledge portal, employee centre and how it works and many more things like form, list, filter, flow, workflow, scripting, integration, create own application from creator studio etc...

 

I have also completed the ITSM(IT Service Management) simulator course from Now Learning platform.

Now I want to learn any one particular module like HRSD(HR Service Delivery), CSM(Customer Service Management), FSM(Field Service Management), ITOM(IT Operation Management), SecOps(Security Operations), etc...

So I can get the projects from the market according to the my learned individual module of ServiceNow.

I have tried so many youtube channels but I am not getting what I want that mastery in particular module.

Hi @JekinZ 

 

I know you already booked the session with me, but just to be more clear, you just did the ITSM simulator, its time to do hands-on, the module you are looking for is more in advance in nature, I am not saying don't learn but I recommend get hands-on on previous one first, mastery is a very big term, I am in SN ecosystem more than 10 yrs now, but I cant still call my self master in ITSM. It is continuous learning mate. Don't be in a hurry. Take step by step.

@JekinZ As rightly stated by @Dr Atul G- LNG ITSM simulator is not even a droplet when it comes to learning ITSM in ServiceNow. You need to persistently learn various processes/workflows related to ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change) and associated workflows, CMDB, SLAs, Notifications, events, business rules, script includes etc. All these learnings will take their own sweet time. Please plan to spend next six months on learning ITSM.

 

ITSM itself can lend you a Job, learning other product lines can be done when you have a good understanding of ITSM.
