Unable to upload attachment on Catalog item request as End User on portal

I have a catalog item variable of type "attachment". I am able to upload the attachments and submit the request.
But end users with no role is unable to upload any attachment.

Hello @Subalakshmi P2 ,

Can you check any create-ACL configured on *sys_attachment* table?
OOB - any user with *snc_internal* role is able to upload the attachemnt.

there is no snc_internal role in the instance

Please check the create-ACL configured on *sys_attachment* table.

This will explain about what role does a user needs to upload attachments in your SN- environment.
