A printer friendly version is not working

Hi All,

I have an issue for printer friendly version:

Screen1:

find_real_file.png

when i open any request in my system and trying to use printer friendly version for taking PDF format of the form

find_real_file.png

The page is loading and not allowing me to click on print at top right corner there which is shown on screen.

Please suggest me how to fix it.

Right click on that page and go to your developer tools.  See if you are getting any console errors, there might be a client script or something thats breaking the DOM.
