Active SLA Ribbon

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if 'Active SLA' ribbon show in CSM Workspace can be modified?

I cannot find where do that.

Hi Dennis,

Unfortunately, you cannot modify the "Active SLA" ribbon.

As the UX component which is involved which has a tag "sn-component-workspace-sla" cannot be modified, its restricted with servicenow.

Hello Dennis,

Yes, I think so!

You can open the "Active SLA" ribbon by going to Workspace Experience > Forms > Workspace Ribbon Settings or by opening the following url: (change instance_name by the name of your instance)

I meant to modify the ribbon component for example, to change SLA time displayed to business days...
