Hello everyone,
I’m new to ServiceNow and currently working on reconfiguring a button within our CSM Service Portal. When a customer creates a case, they have the option to close it via the “Actions” button. I would like to add an additional option here: “Cancel Case.”
Selecting this option should update the case status to “Cancelled.”
Could anyone guide me on how to implement this configuration in ServiceNow?
