Agent Workspace 101 - The Basics?

Hi folks,

I've been asked to learn about Agent Workspace, more so from a user perspective, what can it be used for, what can it do, I guess the basics really in terms of what customisation the average user will have and be able to setup and then what they can ask for in terms of more complex things to be created for them?

Can someone kindly point me to relevant learning resources please?

Thanks!!

Workspaces are workspaces. They aren't user specific.

What have you already done? Did you check out YouTube, NowLearning, Google, Docs, other Community posts, etc?

And the Agent Workspace is deprecated, so maybe dive into Configurable Workspaces/UI Builder, etc. Move your instance to supported UIs instead of sticking with the Agent Workspace.

YouTube, Google, this Community, I think because I'm starting from complete scratch I'm not sure what the best learning options are, hence exploring what other people have used.

FYI - "Google it" is never an acceptable reply to a request for help, I'm not going to argue that, I know that's not specifically what you said but I want to cut that off before it goes there.

That said, I appreciate you taking the time to reply, and what you've said is useful - especially the part about Agent Workspace being deprecated! I'll need to follow up on that.

Thanks again.

Best

Adam.

I know that 'Google it' isn't an answer you want, but it's also not what I said. It was a question to find out what you already did. When asking a question on the community without telling people what you already did, creates the possibility of getting information you already have or found.

And 'Google it' is something that is often already done, before someone posts a question here and then it's either way to much or way to little information that you find.

A lot of answers here are given by people knowing it, or looking it up (and, unfortunately, also often generated by AI, without providing the answer).

So I didn't reply to you with 'Google it'. You just haven't provided what you already did and before a broad question like yours can be answered, it is good to know that.
