Amazon Connect Voice Integration Transcription Not Showing Up

I have integrated ServiceNow Voice with Amazon Connect to allow for inbound/outbound calling capabilities. I am able to access the recordings of the calls as well as see real time transcriptions as the call is happening, but after the call is over, the transcription is stuck on this page and the conversation is disappearing. I updated my instance to Vancouver as well as redid the integration thinking it may have something to with that, but am still presented with the "call transcript is processing" screen, which never updates. One of the main reasons for the integration was to utilize the call analysis and sentiment metrics, and without the transcription showing up, they can't be processed. I am curious if anyone else has run into this issue before or could point me in the right direction to fix this, thank you.
