Appointments and WO/WOT - not creating

Hi SNC, 

 

I wonder if there is anyone out there that can help us. 

 

We are setting a demo that will show how Appointments work from a Customer/Contact perspective through the CSM POrtal. 

 

The idea is that it is a maintenance Service catalogue item, the mechanism of the Appointment and the creation of the Work Order all get created, however what doesn't get created is the Automatic WOrk Order Task. 

 

We can see this working fine if we go to the CSM Portal and created the appointment through the Catalogue Item as an Admin, we see Appointment/WO & WOT, however when we do it as a customer, the WOT doesn't get created. 

 

We have looked at roles, rules etc and can't seem to find where this can be changed to allow this process to create all the way through. 

 

If anyone has done this with contact being snc_external then please can you let us know.
