Knowledge Homepage in CSM Workspace

What is the recommended way to create a Knowledge Homepage accessible from the CSM Workspace by agents? I see documentation around UI Builder as well as Service Portals, but I am unsure of the best way for agents to access this information while remaining in the CSM Workspace. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

Did you every come up with something for this @kshort? We are looking to do something similar.

I didn't get a response on here, but I ended up figuring it out by using UI Builder to add the Knowledge articles to our agent's homepage as simple lists. I did Most Helpful/Viewed and Featured using the kb_table, selecting the appropriate columns and filtering as needed.
