Hello,
If an ex-employee is on the watchlist in service now on tickets, can I remove him from those watch lists without going into each ticket separately. If I remove the service now profile for a user who left will that work as far as him being removed from those tickets? I have checked and he does not have any open tickets assigned to him so that is not an issue, just the watch listed items he could be on.
So my question is: Can i auto remove the user from all watchlists he's added to without any scripts?
Or the only way is to do it manually

We have to write a script for this. I don't think we have any other easy way to do it
1. Script to fix old data.
2. Business Rule to fix future data.
