Hi @Anusha Gorige ,

I wouldn't recommend to utilize short description as @Ankur Bawiskar also have mentioned, as there are to many possibilities for errors as it is a string field. Rather find another logic based on reference fields, choice fields etc. where you can create the assignment logic.

You can achieve this by creating an assignment rule in "sysrule_assignment" table.

Note: However I would recommend to use this method only if there a are small set of known keywords or patterns.
