Calculate duration between open date and 'assigned to' field is no more empty

Hello for a request ticket,  I have to calculate the duration between the oipen time until the request is assigned to someone. 

So difference between open date and field 'assigned_to' is no more empty.

I tried to put a metric on the field assigned_to but it start calculation from the moment it's filled in. So it doesn't take into account the 'empty' duration.

Any help?

Hi, You can use the 'metric_definition.do' table and configure the assigned_to field.  Use the 'Value' of the field is empty and use duration field to calculate based on your requirement.

How do you configure the assigned_to field? I see no' Value' field to set in the form metric_definition.

Hi, You configured the in the right form. You just save it and create a new ticket. Once ticket created and Assigned to change it to null to other values. Finally you can see the results in the same page under 'metric_instance'.
