I need to add SLA under CallBack Table , but i cannot able to add , even though callback is task extended Table

you must ensure the Callback table is correctly configured to support the SLA engine.

Hi @service12 ,
Have you defined the SLA for Callback table. Try to define SLA definition for Callback table and create SLA tasks first. Try to add SLA related list after SLAs taks been created for callback table.
