Dear - I have created Agent Workspace using App Engine Studio, How do we assign access to the URL to Agents (non developer). I can see the Case data getting populated when I am logged in as Admin, but how to give access to others.

Please tell me which roles are needed or any other setting needed to enable.

App only has need of user with "agent_workspace_user" role, but I just don't see data with users having this role.

Hi @bkhan

If you have created the agent workspace using app engine studio then I assume it is a custom agent workspace and in role if you may have added 'agent_workspace_user' role, so it may have created a custom role that start with "x_".

So, could you please check in all roles that is there any such custom role.

If yes then confirm that my assumptions are correct then please mark below answers as correct answer and helpful if it resolved, or mark this helpful if this help you to reach towards solution.

Hi Akash ,

No I haven't used any custom role, I just used existing roles.

I have just removed all  roles requirement , even then also I just can't access with any other user. Page shows up but keeps on loading state. I even faced same problem with Agent Workspace I created using UI Builder , that also I am unable to access.

Only Agent Workspace works fine which is already present in Developer environment , that I can edit and use standard roles like below to share access to other users.

sn_customerservice.case_task_agent
sn_customerservice.case_viewer
sn_customerservice.consumer_agent
sn_customerservice_agent
