We have requirements to create multiple case from incident. Can we do that and how?

Your question is lacking some specifics.
Do you just need a button to create them manually? Is it an automation that needs to be triggered to trigger several records?
Why? What is the business case? Is it an incident related to a config item that has multiple sold products so you need to create cases for all affected clients?
