Can you have a survey with two trigger conditions?

I have setup a Survey for all Incidents once resolved which works successfully. We also deal with Requested Items so want to send the same survey out when these are completed. I have tried setting up a second trigger condition for requested items the same as Incidents but it doesn't appear to create a survey. Am i able to have two different trigger conditions for one survey or do i need to create a duplicate of the survey for the requested items?
Any help you could give would be very much appreciated

Interestingly i have just tried it in our pre-production system which is on geneva and it works. Our development system is on helsinki so i wonder if someone has changed something which caused it not to work. Thanks for your help.

Hi Rhiannon,
I am having exactly the same issue on Helsinky - under certain conditions (could not able to figure out exact conditions), survey trigger stop working (new surveys are not creating - BR runs, but that is all).
Very weird, I am guessing that it is up to locked SN JS libraries used by surveys.

P.S. Rhiannon, try this:
Survey/Legacy Administration/Survey Properties/
set to TRUE
It may help in your case, plus set "Repeat Interval" to 0 by your "Trigger Conditions".

Hi Rhiannon,
I am also facing the same issue in Istanbul. I am trying to send a survey to the raised user for requested items when state is Resolved.
Were you able to resolve the issue? Or figure out any workaround to do this?

Please try by setting the conditions to State is Closed Complete.
Also, Please send the errors if any in the logs.
