I have created a survey but I would like to change the content and formatting of the email that goes out that contains the survey link?
Is there a no code option?
Thanks in advance

Hi Riskay123,
1. Just type "Metric Type" in the search drop down first.
2. Select "Metric type --> Assessment Metric type fields"
3. Later, type "Evaluation". You should be able to see evaluation field in the dropdown now.
4. Similarly select "Send notifications"
Hope this helps

you can search for the "Survey Invite" notification and then format the mail as per your requirements.

Thank you for your reply. You have pointed me in the right direction which is fantastic.
If I change it on "Survey User Invite" will that not cause issues if I create another survey that may be running concurrently that may require different wording. I can see that I can create a new one and just copy all of the critical details from the "Survey User Invite" notification and just change the text. However, how do I then tell the current survey to use the newly created survey notification and not the original "Survey User Invite" notification?
Regards

Hi Riskay123,
In the new notification you create for the survey, just add the filter in condition as "Metric type is xxx" (xxx being your survey)
Similarly in the OOTB notification, add a "is NOT" condition for the same survey.
Once this is done, you are free to modify the content and format of email.

Yes, that's right. In that case, you can create a new Notification and add filter conditions to send Surveys only when you need.
And then, you can add a negative condition in original/OOB survey invite to restrict it from being triggered for your specific task/condition.
Another approach would be to create event and tie your new notification with this event.
