Cannot assign cases using Visual Task Board - Invalid task ID

When I was trying to assign a case to an agent using the Visual Task Board, the error message below displays.

One thing to note is that it works fine using an administrator user role, but not for sn_customerservice_agent. Also an agent can assign for cases he/she created but not for cases created by other people.

Hi there

It seems like Cathys problem from 3 years ago appears again. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Yes, I experience the same, does anybody have a solution to this?

It says in the case created 3 years ago, that it was due to a conflicting Business rule, but which?

I discovered something: it works just fine if you just create a card for a task. When I create another card for the same task (in my case WOT), this error-message appears. A couple weeks/months ago nothing happend in the same case. The card just wasn't added to the VTB.

Please check that.
