cannot link a flow to catalog item

Hi,

I created a flow with trigger as service Catalog and linked it to the catalog item, but upon submission the flow is not triggered.

There is no active flow or complete flow, and only SLA and request flows are triggered, but not the requested item flow.

Hi @cloudv , 

for the Catalog Item , did you attach the flow in the process engine section 

In the Flow Executions , did it get Saved and Activated

if everything is correct , Check the flow Executions

Hi @Badrinarayan yes i did both things ie linked flow to item in the process engine and activated the flow
