Hello team,
Is it possible to set permissions so that the customer cannot see their own cases? The service desk agent should be able to process the ticket, but the customer should not see the case.

Could you be a bit more specific about your query? Are you trying to restrict customers from seeing some specific types of cases? An overview of the use case will help arrive at a solution.

@itspezi1 Any specific reason to not allow customer to view their own cases. Ideally that's not the case.
