change email address error

i wanted to update my email address from this (rohitsinghdafouti12@gmail.com) to the one i have used previously (rohitsdafouti@gmail.com) .
 But i am not able to do it . i am getting the error as i have shared the screenshot of error message . please check it.signon.service-now.com_now_cuam_user-profile-detail_myProfile_NL(Surface Pro 7).png

try to log out - clear cache - refresh the page - log in and retry again.

> on the right there is "Create case"

PS: perhaps it needs to add two emails and then merge it, but the support team in that Case will tell you better

nope. tried to do it in incognito mode but still facing the same issue in both change email and merge email cases.

Have you recieved mail for SSO and you have accepted it?
