change email address error

i wanted to update my email address from this (rohitsinghdafouti12@gmail.com) to the one i have used previously (rohitsdafouti@gmail.com) .
 But i am not able to do it . i am getting the error as i have shared the screenshot of error message . please check it.signon.service-now.com_now_cuam_user-profile-detail_myProfile_NL(Surface Pro 7).png

NO. i have checked both inbox and spam folder. There is no mail from SSO

And just one suggestion, be careful about your sensitive data, this is publicly accessible forum and you are sharing your personal email addresses :))
For the issue description you can anonymise it e.g. "gmail1@gmail.com" and "gmail2@gmail.com", nobody here needs to know the exact address and plus you never know where it will end up, it can result in receiving some rubbish/spam mails.

For your own security, edit the original post and classify it ;)))
