Check for any other UI Policies Applied on security check complete.

Hi Shweta,
you need to open the record using Open existing record and then in next step use set field values step
Select the Field as Security Check Complete and set it with true

I have one more issue in the from.Security check box should be visible only when i select channel type as phone.
I have created UI policy for security check box .But in the form if i select any other option also its displaying checkbox.When i select Phone (first)then any other option ,check box will disappear .Please help me out if u know the answer why its happening.
