Communities Schedule Post Not Working

Hello,

We have run into an issue where our Schedule Publish function is not working for Communities Posts, and every article on the Topic only relates to Article Publish. That wouldn't be the same job? Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of where that job would be if it is a job or is it something wrong with the widget? or is this deprecated or a know ServiceNow issue?

 

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Hi @JackD ,

Let's understand this taking "Blog" as a Example !!

For a blog that has approval workflow, the blog state changes to "Ready to publish" when it is approved before the scheduled time. If a blog is approved after the scheduled time, the state changes to "Published".

 

Make sure your  "Scheduled Publish Date" is correct.

There is no approval workflow it is automatic post.
