Create new sla for catalog

I want to create new sla for catalogs,please help how to create SLA.

Go to contract_sla table and create a new sla on sc_req_item.

To start the SLA condition provide the Item information and any other conditions required

Create the SLA definition on the Requested Item (sc_req_item) table and use the Start condition field to set the Item to the specific catalog item(s) you want. Example:

Hi Naga,

Do you need Technical help or ways of implementing SLA on Requested items?

For  technical - simply use SLA Definition module.

Then click on New and Select table as Requested item
