Creating knowledge approvals in flow designer for a knowledge article

Hey, I'm quite new to flow designer, it looks easy to use if you know how. What's the trigger to approve a KA?

The workflow for Approval is set at the Knowledge base level, and is based on knowledge_manager role.

The Instant Publish/Retire and Approval Publish/Retire exist. Knowledge Owners, Knowledge Managers and Knowledge Owning group for Knowledge Centered Service(KCS) and Knowledge Advanced plugin installed. Also trigger are based on submission of new articles for publish/retire in said knowledge base.

Step1 : To create a trigger for knolwedge table (select created) and condition workflow is draft.

Step2: Add an action , search for ask approval.
