Creating multiple reports and emails

Once per month a report is scheduled, but we get 7 times the outlook messages containing the same report.

I have admin right and I try to find the root cause of this problem, basically I want delete let's say 6 of these outlooks messages. I think somewhere you can check and change the report schedule settings. 

I have looked at documentation but I don't  see 1,2,3 the solution.

We are using the Washington DC version.

Where is this screenshot form?

Try to find them in the scheduled report so you can deactivate the wrong ones.
