I am trying to edit the list layout of my CSM Workspace, can anyone help me from where can i change this layout?

do you want to edit the list layout for ALL the users who can access it (configure) or just for your user /eventually admin/ as personalisation?
To personalise the list (change will be applicable for the currently logged in user just and only, nobody else):
Click the toggle icon:
To get a new popup window, where you can check/uncheck the fields on the left and the checked ones can be reordered in the right bucket:
If you want to do a global change for all the users, then you need to dpo it via UX Lists module:

Select the CSM Workspace under the configuration column:
