Hi,
Following the introduction of CSM and following best practices, I have created a Case Type (Service Case) which is a scoped application and that extends the 'Case' table running on Utah Patch 4 Hot Fix 2b.
I am in the process of configuring the fields and have hit an issues that is causing some annoyance!
On the form, the Work Notes and Internal Update journal input fields are showing as:
However, in the Form Design view and all other entries I can find, show this:
I have looked at all the tables that are extended, Case and Task and rechecked the Scope in which the application is being edited but unable to align these.
Any ideas or users having the same issue?
Thanks in advance...
Chris

Hi - it was found that a spurious script was running to change the label on this field.
The script was deactivated and it's now working as expected.
Thanks

Are you just looking for the fields to be reversed order? Check the view you are using on the form view and check the form layout. It could be different depending on the view you are currently viewing.

Thanks, the view is correct.
The issue being is the labels are incorrect and I'm unable to change them.
Both are showing the '(customer visible)' label which is only true for one of them but on the Form Design view they are correct.
Any help or pointer, greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris,
Just checking. Did you try right clicking the field on the form and editing the label once? Also, can you the dictionary for the table for that particular field

It's a Journal entry field so it doesn't allow the normal 'right click' and edit option.
One of the issues is actually trying to find this particular Directory entry in the Directory table - these are the only two entries I can find:
