CSM - Measure Total of Customer Facing Actions

Hello,

 

We have the need to measure any customer facing actions in a case, meaning Comments, Emails to the customer, we've got a custom Phone Notes journal field. Is there any feature, metric or any OOTB report or PA report that might answer this requirement?
